The foundation began in design, where Kristina’s formal education in graphic design and years of hands-on creative work shaped a deep understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and how design influences perception and behavior. That design discipline carried forward into advertising, consulting directly with small business owners, managing multi-channel campaigns, and building strategies intended to drive measurable growth.

As responsibilities expanded, that experience evolved into sales leadership, overseeing teams responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars in monthly advertising revenue. Managing performance at that level required structure, accountability, and a clear connection between strategy and results. It also revealed where many agencies fall short: promising outcomes without the systems or discipline to fulfill them.
